To put this in simple words: Software development is a symbiotic process that we at Xavo enjoy very much. We love what we do and we do it well. We master complexity and strive for simplicity. The results are software solutions that are not only satisfying to our customers but also make them happy.
We look at our contracts not only as customer projects but rather as OUR projects. The responsibilities are shared and addressed by our employees so that the customer is fully involved in the team process. This sometimes leads to very lively opinionated discussions however in the end expectations and executions are much closer as a result.
Software development is all about people. People that devise, develop and transplant, people that use and improve software. Our goal is reached by knowing we have helped as well as satisfied our customers when the job is completed.

Es ist richtig: Software wird für Menschen gemacht und sie soll den Menschen das Leben leichter machen und den Menschen jeden Tag Freude bereiten. Wir bei Xavo wollen mit unserer Software unsere Kunden (und damit auch deren Kunden) erfolgreich machen. Unsere Softwarelösungen müssen besser sein als die Lösungen unserer Martbegleiter - damit auch unsere Kunden besser sein können als ihre Mitbewerber. Der Spruch “Besser sein - sonst nichts” gilt auch in der Softwareentwicklung.
