As a Customer Support Engineer you have to support users of our applications. From go live over daily work to continuous improvement you are the direct contact person for users and customers. Your job includes to work on solution suggestions and workarounds for errors in our applications.
A few key points
- You have a great talent to communicate with customers and users
- You have excellent knowledge of current software technologies (C#, Visual Studio, Microsoft Foundations)
- You are able to analyze complex software programs
- You are the direct contact person for our end users and customer representatives
- SQL is no problem for you
- You have an overview about software development processes (V-model) and source-code management (Subversion)
- You enjoy working in a team and are eager to travel
- Your German language skills are good and they speak and write English fluently
