Solutions

Our IT solutions focus on the process industry and discrete manufacturing. For our customer solutions we use both our own Xavo products and proven products of other first-class suppliers. We support our customers in the following areas:

Production

Xavo offers tailor-made solutions for an efficient production management. Based on the internal standard ISA-95, MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) connect the business-oriented ERP functionalities with the production execution and controls world. Furthermore, MES is responsible for enabling the integrated manufacturing workflows, from raw material goods entry via multiple production processes to finished goods shipping.

Quality Assurance

Finished products quality is one of the major concerns of many manufacturing facilities. Not satisfied customers are a nightmare of every manufacturer. Not to mention the sales shortfall and the corporate and product image disadvantages which will be inevitable.

Therefore it is so important to support the whole production process (starting with raw materials goods entry through all the production processes till finished goods entry) with appropriate QA-related IT support.

Laboratory Management

The internal manufacturing laboratories play an important role to secure a consistent product quality. Modern LIMS (Laboratory Information and Management Systems) help to execute all the needed laboratory task in a simple and efficient way.

We can help you to integrate these LIMS systems into your existing manufacturing processes by creating added value for your QA- and Production managers.

Research & Development

To be successful in today’s competitive marketplace, manufacturers must deliver innovative products to demanding customers faster and at lower cost – and at the same time, move quickly to keep their production and supply chain processes in step with unforeseen changes in both demand and supply.

Intralogistics

Intralogistics are important for an efficient production management. Material flows have to be organized in that the right material will be at the right place, at the right time. Therefore it is indispensable to integrate the logistics systems (warehouse management systems, material flow systems) with MES in an appropriate way.
